Careers

We hire people who think in tests.

Not the loudest, not the fastest to agree. We look for people who can hold a hypothesis, design a fair test for it, and change their mind when the data says so.

Why here

What is different about working here.

01

You own outcomes, not tickets

Every person has a metric they are accountable for and the authority to change how it is moved.

02

Senior density

Small teams of experienced people. You will not spend your week explaining fundamentals or fixing someone else's tracking.

03

Real budgets, real markets

You work on live accounts across Europe and CIS from the first month — with a mentor, not a script.

04

Learning is scheduled, not hoped for

Weekly teardown of what won and what failed across all accounts. Wrong answers are useful here; hidden ones are not.

Hiring process

Five steps, roughly two weeks.

You get a decision at every stage, and feedback whether or not it is a yes.

01

Application

Send a short note about what you have run and what you learned. We read every one — a CV alone is rarely enough to tell us anything.

02

Intro call

30 minutes with the person who would lead your work. Honest conversation about the role, the accounts and the expectations.

03

Test task

A short, paid, realistic task — usually 3 to 4 hours. It reflects actual work, and you keep the rights to what you produce.

04

Deep dive

We go through your task together and work on a live problem. This is where we find out how you think when the data is messy.

05

Offer

Decision and written feedback within three days of the deep dive, whether the answer is yes or no.

Questions

Before you apply.

Five steps over roughly two weeks: application, intro call, paid test task, deep dive, decision. You get feedback at every stage, including if we say no.

Yes, and it is paid. It takes three to four hours, mirrors real work, and you keep the rights to it. We do not use candidate tasks on client accounts.

Most roles are fully remote within compatible European time zones. A few are hybrid where the work needs regular time with the account team. It is stated on each role.

Depends on the role — from one year for production to four-plus for account ownership. We care more about how you reason through a messy account than the number of years on a CV.

Anywhere in Europe and CIS with overlapping working hours. Additional languages — Spanish, Czech, Polish, German, Turkish, Portuguese — genuinely change what you can own here.

Week one: measurement, tooling and the accounts. Weeks two to four: shadowing a live account with a named mentor, then owning your first tests. You will present something to the whole team before the month ends.

Think you belong here?

Send a short note about what you have run, what you learned and what you want to own next. A CV helps, but the note matters more.
